• a graphic to visually excite the reader (eCover or eBox, etc.)

• a simple 'landing' page URL where we can send visitors to your site to signup for your list and get your gift (acknowledge where they came from and make a soft-sell offer for your gift and signup for your newsletter)

• a 'thank you' page that provides them the gift without getting a quick sales pitch for other stuff (this is very important so people will feel comfortable in continually coming back for more, sell them all you want in your letters)

• a link where we can signup for your affiliate program (we will provide you with affiliate links to us and we appreciate the reciprocity)

• your agreement to actively promote The Vault to your list so everyone benefits from the cross-promotion potential that this provides you

• your ClickBank nickname so we can setup your referral URL

• and your contact information in case we need to contact you (Full name, address, phone, email, website, etc.)

A few things:

• We give preferential placement in The Vault to those Contributing members who:

  • provide us with an exclusive and original Resale Rights product (remember, you can give the right for them to sell it and they get to keep 100% of the front-end profits, but include links for you to get back-end profits from the product. If the person wanted to rebrand those links, you could offer a back-end upsell to the initial granting of the resale rights and charge them for the rebrand rights, etc.)

  • send the most traffic to the main page - we track all referrals coming into the site by the special URL address we will give you to use

• If you are not the copyright owner, we review each product offering to make sure the copyright owner allows the product to be given away as part of our free resale rights promotion (you may want to check with them before submitting your product)

• We will also place new offerings on the first page of each section as they are added to encourage repeat visits from the members.

• We will send you updates and announcements as time goes by to keep you in the loop that will benefit you as a Contributing Member

• If you ever want us to remove your contribution from the Vault,
  just get in touch with us and we will promptly remove it as well
  as all links to your site from the Vault

• You agree not to share or sell the names and addresses of the members who signup for your offering, and agree to provide them a method of unsubscribing in each communication with them, and delete them promptly at their request

• And, of course, spamming is absolutely forbidden.

One other thing, it's very important!

We have created a level playing field for all contributors to the Vault. We get subscribers just like you do. We also offer products in the Vault, people look at what we offer and decide for themselves whether or not they wish to sign up for our newsletters, just like they will decide to join your newsletter or not.

We do capture the name and address of each person as they enter the Vault, but they are only added to the Free Resale Rights Vault newsletter update list which let's them know when there are new additions to the Vault, and other important member news. These updates continually get people coming back to the Vault to see your offer(s).
